In these terms: ‘Customer‘ means Concept Hygiene Ltd customer
‘Agreement‘ means agreement between Concept Hygiene Ltd and the customer for Rental of Services.
This agreement is for a minimum period of X year from the latter of the date of installation of services or the date the agreement is signed by the customer. Any additional items supplied either by additional service rental agreement or written request will be for a minimum of X years. The agreements will then be renewed indefinitely until the customer gives Concept Hygiene Ltd three months prior written notice to terminate the agreement prior to the anniversary of the start date.
After the contract term has expired the customer may give notice as per clause 2. In the event of early termination or reduction in quantities of the agreement, Concept Hygiene Ltd reserve the right to charge for the unexpired portion of the agreement including additional items supplied.
If the customer requests an additional service outside the contract service frequency a call out charge at the going rate may be levied.
All service complaints must be put in writing by the customer to Concept Hygiene Ltd within 24 hours of them being noticed.
Unless specifically stated on the face of the agreement all charges will be made annually in advance. Preferred method of payment is by Direct Debit. However, if quarterly payments by BACS or cheque are made Concept Hygiene Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 3% above the ba rate of Barclays Bank on the outstanding balance until the date payment is received. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 6 days from the date of invoice.
Concept Hygiene Ltd reserves the right to increase prices on the anniversary of the agreement to reflect changes in cost.
Items supplied remain the property of Concept Hygiene Ltd at all times, even after the agreement has been terminated. No third party is permitted service or remove Concept Hygiene Ltd equipment without specific instructions from a duly authorised member of Concept Hygiene Ltd personnel. The customer must insure all items supplied for the full reinstatement value while in their possession.
Any items lost, damaged or stolen will be charged to the customer at the replacement cost price in force at the time.
In the event of breach by the customer which is not remedied within seven days of Concept Hygiene Ltd written request or in the event of the
customer‘s insolvency, Concept Hygiene Ltd may terminate this agreement immediately.
No change to these terms is binding unless confirmed in writing by a Company Representative of Concept Hygiene Ltd.
